Easter Holiday Taunton

This EASTER we are running a FREE activities scheme for young people receiving FREE SCHOOL MEALS. Participants can take part in a variety of fun, Covid Safe, indoor and outdoor activities or just relax & spend time with friends. Includes a healthy lunch and refreshments.

Sessions are only for Years 6 to 11 students receiving Free School Meals

Sessions are being held at the Taunton North Youth Club on Selworthy Road and will run each day from Monday 12th to Friday 15th April. START 11am & END @ 3pm

COVID 19

Safety measures will be in place and explained to participants. Failure to follow safety requirements and staff instructions may result in guardians being contacted to remove them from the site. No person should attend if they are showing any signs of COVID. Any doubt – please stay away and seek NHS advice. Should a participant develop any signs during a session they will be isolated & guardians will be contacted to return them home to isolate. We follow Track and Trace guidance

CONDUCT

In order for everyone to have an enjoyable time we have some ground rules:

Participants MUST respect and follow COVID safety procedures. No antisocial behaviour (bullying, intimidation, vandalism etc) or behaviour that places anyone at risk. We need your support in ensuring these rules are adhered to. We may contact you should the young person’s behaviour cause us concern. Failure to comply with the above may result in instant exclusion.

Although young people are encouraged to remain on the premises during sessions we can’t force them to do so. Youth Unlimited CIC cannot be accountable for their behaviour or welfare should they choose to leave. All reasonable measures are taken to safeguard participants during activities.

No further registrations will be accepted after 25 are received. Ensure this fully completed form is brought to the 1st session. We can’t accept anyone without it.
